- Sending invitations by mail to businessmen in Egypt, the Gulf area, North Africa and all those concerned with the field.
- A VIP reception on the opening day.
- Two name tags for each exhibitor.
- Exhibitors will be allowed 2 days before the exhibition & a day after for set up and departure respectively.
- An in – house customs section to clear goods.
- Egyptian companies have the right to import goods for the exhibition with a temporary customs exemption
